WORLD CUP

Getting killed recently in soccer. Lost another 5,000pts yesterday. Ended with about 9,500pts. However, did win a match in FFP tourney for 1,000pts, or rather won because my opponent did not play.

Putting it all again in world cup games.

I like Chile and Spain in first two matches. Also playing UNDER in the first game and OVER in the second.

Hope Spain lives up to the hype unlike Brazil vs. North Korea last night...

Believe Spain will put some goals into the net today.

I picked Spain to win the World Cup in FFP bracket challenge at ESPN.

WORLD CUP

Lost about 15,000pts yesterday...took huge risks in MLB games and lost.

Started today with about 14,000pts put it all on World Cup games...

Taking break from MLB, only soccer until conclusion of World Cup...

3-0 so far in soccer...

Not looking good picking Cameroon over Japan..

WORLD CUP

Ended last night with 29,673.63pts. Lost about 8,000pts and dropped in June monthly standing on World Cup and MLB games...moslty from soccer games. World Cup has been brutal where I am currently down about 10,000pts in the contest.

Made up some of the early soccer game losses with baseball...but ended up miserably in baseball losing both Dodgers' pick. There has been some close interleague games these last few days.

So, here we go, another day and world cup games.

In first game, I like Slowenia. Put 2,000pts on each for win, UNDER and spread.

NHL and MLB

I like the Flyers to win tonight, and also the UNDER. Both teams will not keep up with this scoring pace.

In MLB, taking a lot of the underdogs!!!

I like the Devil Rays, Marlins and Mets to win big tonight!!!

JAPAN - J LEAGUE

Had a great run last night with MLB games...ended the night with over 34,000pts.

Celtics hurt me, lost two plays there that could have taken me over the 40,000pts.

Taking another shot at J League today...

Starting tonight with out 29,000pts...

Blackhawks saved me yesterday with their decisive victory over the Flyers. Lost some close MLB games last night...

So, I picked Cubs, also took LA Angels and Atlanta Braves as underdogs for tonight.

I went 7-7-1, so not much change to my final points total. Start today with about 13,900pts... Lakers came through with a big win...also won with White Soxs and Braves. Took the Twins which proved costly...they were swept by the Mariners in last series, 3-0...ouch. They are clearly much better at home and Target Field. In tennis, I like Soderling to win the match. I also like Nadal to win this match, but not by 3-0. In soccer, I took the UNDER in Slovenia vs. New Zealand and French vs. China...I also like Ivory Coast to win...

FRENCH OPEN

Lost about 10,000 points yesterday. Got destroyed in soccer and missed some close games in MLB. So, starting today with about 13,000pts. Like Schiavone and Stosur in Women's Semifinals matches. Stosur convincingly beat S Williams and clearly a favorite now to win it this year. In soccer, I like Italy and like OVER play in Germany's game today. In MLB, in early games, going with Tigers, Astros and Red Soxs... Good luck...

SOCCER

Starting the day with about 23,197pts. Yesterday was a pretty good day, added about 8000pts. Could have been even better had the Giants won their baseball game. Playing a couple of soccer games today to kick it off. Like Honduras... More to follow...

NEW MONTH

I start this new month in sunny Orlando. I have about 15000pts to play with.

In tennis, took Wozniacki for 2000pts.

Also played soccer game, took Australia, two plays, for another 3000pts.
